MATTING PASTES WITH HIGH CHEMICALS AND SCRATCH RESISTANCE

Use Product Description
W FINMA-SIL 8-FX Waterbased matting agent paste at 45% solids. It improves Chemicals and “Polishing” resistance. High soft effect.
W FINMA-SIL 8-BX Waterbased matting agent paste at 45% solids. It improves Chemicals and “Polishing” resistance. It improves also “metal marking”. High hard feel.
W FINMA-SIL 20-MG Waterbased matting agent paste at 20% solids, suitable for post-adding gloss correction. Resin free. 20% solids.

S/W ARMIPENT 542 Rheological and structural reinforcing agent based on polyolefins fibers and silica. It has pseudoplastic behavior independent from PH and polarity. Fiber length 400 microns.
S/W ARMIPENT 5152 Rheological and structural reinforcing agent based on polyolefins fibers and silica. It has pseudoplastic behavior independent from PH and polarity. Fiber length 1500 microns.

MICRONIZED POLYOLEFIN WAXES

Use Product Description
S/W MICRO-WAX DM Matting wax with high transparency. Average particle size 7 micron. It is particularly indicated for isocyanic monocomponent systems. M.P. 106-108°C.
S/W MICRO-WAX HTDM Matting wax with high transparency. Average particle size 8 micron. It is particularly indicated for stoving enamels. M.P. 138-146°C.
